I played a little bit last night and didn't have any problems.

Hey guys, my IP is banned from the MLS sniper server for some reason.

in main\\configs\\unnamedsoldier.cfg:

Add above vid_xpos:
seta r_customheight "1440"
seta r_customwidth "2560"

In main\\newconfig.cfg:
add:
seta r_mode -1

Start your game.

Then, DO NOT try to choose a different resolution in-game. It should show "-1" in the menu there.
