I don't know the reason & can't change my ISP Again, because I've to wait 1 year
To move a new ISP, SO I need Your Help

You'll not see my IP through the entire list of banned IP's , because it's "IP Range ban"
every IP start with : 197.59.xxx.xxx
: 41.36.xxx.xxx

Can't join to the server I've tried many times, and every time "server" rejects my connection
