not able to log into Member's Area

I am not able to log into the Member's Areas. I have re-created my profile, but that didn't help. My user profile says I joined this morning, but I've been a MLS member for several years. What do I need to do to regain access?? thanks!

You should be good now nastyman everyone had to make a new account on website. I have set your permissions.
