i got banned from mls stoner server by just luck. the reason was wallhacking.
ive been playing this game 2005, he was probably mad because i killed him several times
my nick name is: Fr0mchile!
ip: 69.250.75.112
please guys make sure you have proves before you ban somebody

I've played with you before and you're quite good. Personally, I don't think you were hacking from the times that I've played with you. However, MLS admins have the liberty to ban players who they feel are suspicious and kick/ban as necessary. You took the right course of action in that you're appealing the ban, but I would restrain from speculating to the reason you were banned (e.g. I killed him several times).
Make take a little while to get your ip unbanned, but I'm sure it will be resolved.

I undertand that admins have the liberty to ban players, but he did not go to spec to follow my gameplay, as soon as I killed him, i got banned.

Luck is a senior admin. I understand it could be a clicking mistake as names are clubbed so tight in the list so one can accidently click the person close to real suspect. He will respond soon.
