As for your IP being banned. Do you have any other information? What's your IP address?

Your IP is not on the ban list nor on any range ban list. Can you double check your IP.
What does it say when you try to connect?

I double checked and the IP you supplied is not on the ban list.

I just checked and the IP you provided is not in the banlist. Checking further the IP you provided isn't currently your IP. 124.150.139.180 was your IP when creating this thread. I went in and checked the banlist and found a range ban effecting your IP. Upon further checking I notice that IP is from a VPN which is why it was banned.
